What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
The MOQ is 20 pieces per product. Our bulk discounts begin at 100 total pieces across any combination of products.
How is wholesale pricing calculated?+
Every product has tiered pricing stored on its detail page. The deeper you buy, the lower your per-unit price — discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on total order volume.
Can I mix products to hit a tier?+
Yes. Tier discounts are based on total pieces in your cart across all products, not per-SKU.
Do you offer custom colors or branding?+
Custom colors are available for Growth and Enterprise tier orders. Branding and private-label options are available for Enterprise — contact us via WhatsApp to discuss.
What are your payment terms?+
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Cashfree at checkout. Enterprise orders can be invoiced with net-30 terms after account verification.
How long is production and shipping?+
