When you place orders, we also collect and store order history, product preferences, and payment records. Communication logs, including WhatsApp messages and email correspondences, are maintained for reference and dispute resolution purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for order fulfillment, including production scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination. We use your contact details to communicate important updates about your orders, production status, and delivery timelines via WhatsApp, email, or phone. For billing and accounting purposes, we retain your business details to generate GST-compliant invoices and maintain financial records. We also use your information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and resolve disputes or complaints. Your data helps us improve our services by analyzing order patterns and product preferences, but only in aggregated, anonymized form.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to unrelated third parties. However, we do share limited information with trusted shipping and logistics partners strictly for the purpose of delivering your orders. These partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use your data only for delivery operations. Your GST and business registration information may be used for compliance and tax reporting as required by Indian law. We may also disclose information if legally required by government authorities or to protect our legal rights.

We retain your business information and order history for as long as you maintain an active wholesale relationship with us, typically for the duration of our business engagement plus an additional 7 years for compliance and dispute resolution purposes. This retention period aligns with GST regulations and Indian tax laws. If you wish to terminate your relationship with us and request data deletion, we will retain only the minimum information required by law for accounting and audit purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal and business information we hold about you. You may also request correction of inaccurate information or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
