48-Hour Inspection Window
Upon receipt of your order, you have a 48-hour window to thoroughly inspect all items for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. This window begins from the time of delivery as confirmed by the logistics partner. During this inspection period, open boxes carefully, examine each product for structural defects, print quality issues, or discoloration, and verify that you received the correct items as per your order confirmation. If you identify any defects or discrepancies within this 48-hour period, notify us immediately via WhatsApp with photographic and/or video evidence.
What We Accept: Eligible Returns
We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects such as structural breaks, incomplete prints, color inconsistencies, or delamination. We also accept returns for wrong items received (when your shipment does not match your order confirmation). Products damaged in transit due to carrier negligence are also returnable with appropriate documentation. Damaged packaging or minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns unless they indicate a manufacturing defect.
What We Don't Accept: Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns based on color preference or personal choice. Once the 48-hour inspection window closes without a return request, the order is final. Products that have been used or resold are not eligible for returns. Items where the damage is clearly caused by mishandling or improper storage on your end cannot be returned. Bulk orders with minor defects affecting only a small percentage of units may be eligible for partial refunds rather than full returns; this will be assessed case-by-case.

Provide your order number, tracking ID, and photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
Return Approval
We verify the defect and provide approval within 24 hours. If approved, we arrange a prepaid return pickup.
Return Pickup
We schedule a logistics pickup from your location at no cost. Pack items in original or similar boxes.
Refund or Replacement
Once items are received and verified, we issue a full refund or ship replacement products.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and verify your returned items, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method (bank account or payment gateway). Bank transfers may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank. We will send you a refund confirmation via email and WhatsApp once the refund is initiated. For replacement orders, we ship replacement products immediately upon verification, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
Special Cases for Bulk Orders
For enterprise-scale orders (500+ units), if a small percentage of items have defects, we may offer a partial refund or replacement of only the affected units rather than requiring a full return. The decision depends on the nature and extent of the defect. Our team will work with you to find a fair resolution that minimizes disruption to your business operations.
