Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of 500 units or more across all of India. For orders below 500 units, standard shipping rates apply based on your location and weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your invoice. We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your products are handled with care. Express shipping options are available for urgent orders at an additional charge; contact our team for express delivery quotes.
Delivery Timeline
After your order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins immediately. Standard production time is 5 to 7 business days. Once production is complete and quality inspection is passed, your order is shipped via our logistics partner. Delivery across India typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination. Metropolitan areas generally receive deliveries within 3 to 4 days, while remote regions may take up to 7 business days. We will provide tracking updates and exact delivery dates once your shipment leaves our facility.
Packaging & Protection
We take packaging seriously to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Each product is individually wrapped or placed in protective sleeves to prevent entanglement and damage. All items are then packed into sturdy, corrugated shipping boxes with ample cushioning using bubble wrap and foam padding. Products are organized by type within boxes for easy unpacking and inventory management. For bulk orders of 500+ units, items may be distributed across multiple boxes for optimal protection and ease of handling. All packaging materials are recyclable and eco-friendly where possible.
Tracking & Status Updates
Once your order ships, we send tracking details via WhatsApp to your registered contact number. This includes the tracking ID, logistics partner name, and an estimated delivery date. You can use these details to track your shipment in real time through our logistics partner's tracking portal. We send proactive WhatsApp updates at key milestones: when production begins, when quality inspection is complete, when the shipment leaves our facility, and when it is out for delivery. For any concerns during transit, you can reach us immediately via WhatsApp, and we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, inspect it immediately upon receipt and document the damage with photographs and video. Contact us via WhatsApp with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and tracking ID to expedite the claim. For partially damaged orders, we will work with the logistics partner to file a damage claim on your behalf. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost once the claim is approved. In rare cases of complete loss or non-delivery, we will file a loss claim with the logistics partner and provide a full refund or replacement within 10 business days of claim approval.

Innova3D ships to all major cities and towns across India, including metropolitan areas, tier-2 cities, and remote regions. We can deliver to addresses in mainland India, and we are exploring options for North-East states and international markets.
