Minimum Order Quantity Policy
All orders must meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 units per product. This ensures efficient production scheduling and allows us to pass on the best wholesale pricing to your business. Orders below the MOQ may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at non-standard pricing, subject to approval by our team.
Bulk Pricing & Tiered Discounts
We offer tiered pricing based on order volume. Our Starter tier begins at 100 units with an 8% savings, the Growth tier at 250 units provides 17% savings, and the Enterprise tier at 500+ units delivers maximum savings of 25%. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Volume discounts are applied to individual orders and cannot be combined with promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Payment Terms & Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, GST-compliant invoicing, and online payment gateways. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order and initiate production. The remaining balance is due before shipment or upon delivery, as agreed. All prices include applicable GST (18%). Payment terms for enterprise customers may be customized upon request. Late payments may incur a service charge of 2% per month.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Standard production time is 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Delivery across India typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Custom orders or bulk enterprise quantities may require extended production timelines, which will be communicated at the time of quotation. We do not guarantee delivery dates, but provide best-effort estimates. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (production issues, logistics challenges) will be communicated immediately.
Returns Policy for Defective Goods
Innova3D stands behind the quality of our products. Goods damaged due to manufacturing defects or received incorrectly may be returned within 48 hours of receipt, provided photographic evidence is submitted via WhatsApp. Returns must include the original packaging and all items in the batch. Once approved, we arrange pickup at no additional cost and issue a full refund or replacement within 7 to 10 business days. Returns are not accepted for color preference, minor wear, or shipping damage caused by improper handling by third-party logistics partners.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All product designs, brand names, logos, and packaging are the intellectual property of Innova3D. Retailers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to purchase and resell these products under Innova3D branding. Resellers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Innova3D designs without prior written consent. Custom color modifications or design requests are subject to approval and may incur additional charges. Any unauthorized copying or trademark infringement will be addressed through legal channels.
Limitation of Liability
Innova3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective goods. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage to products after delivery. Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war) exempt Innova3D from fulfillment obligations, and customers will be offered order cancellation or rescheduling.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through amicable discussion, followed by mediation, and ultimately through arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act rules if necessary. Both parties consent to jurisdiction in Indian courts.
